Refund Policy

If a decision is made before you leave our premise right after purchase, we will respect your request.

An admin fee of $30 will be charged and deducted from the refund amount if so, with the criteria of product being returned to us on the spot.

Exchange Policy

1:1 Exchange is only valid for purchases that were bought over our main website in full retail pricing and if our product was found to have functional flaws.

There will be an admin fee of $10 for product inspection before any decision made for exchange by the management of Tiny Bloom Club.
