Support Policy
Lifetime Babywearing Support and usage guidance are limited to original purchaser who joined Bloom Family community WhatsApp group chat.
Should user requires personalised support, 1:1 paid consultation through @babycarriersrentalsg is encouraged to receive individualised learning provided by our founder (certified babywearing educator).
Refund Policy
If a decision is made before you leave our premise right after purchase, we will respect your request.
An admin fee of $30 will be charged and deducted from the refund amount if so, with the criteria of product being returned to us on the spot.
Exchange Policy
1:1 Exchange is only valid for purchases that were bought from our main website in full retail pricing and if our product was found to have functional flaws within a year from the date pf purchase.
There will be an admin fee of $20 for product inspection before any decision made for exchange by the management of Tiny Bloom Club. Should there be postage required, $10 courier fee will be required to facilitate the approved product exchange.
